Qualifications

• Experience in Retail, preferably fast fashion experience.
• Ability to collaborate to drive results as a team.
• Understanding of basic Retail principles (sales, stock, service).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store per policy.
• Lead the store team as part of management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory control, restocking and merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support loss prevention and report unusual activity.
• Engage with teams and customers professionally.
• Train and mentor new associates as needed.
• Interact collaboratively and work as a team toward goals.
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate others.
• Act respectfully toward customers, managers and peers
