Job summary

Cotton On Group is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Farmington, Utah. You will open and close the store, lead team members and ensure a high level of customer service and store presentation. The role supports inventory, merchandising and loss prevention while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Minimum of 1+ year of acting retail leadership/management experience that allowed you to lead aspects of the business and develop team members

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead the store team as part of management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity.
• Train and mentor new associates as needed.
