Job summary

Cotton On Group in Houston is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder to open and close the store, lead the team, and deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring store standards and operations run smoothly.

You will handle transactions, assist with inventory, merchandising, safety, and loss prevention, and train new associates. The role requires 18+ years old, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a positive, collaborative attitude. Pay ranges from $15.00–$18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail, preferably fast fashion experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge / ability of collaboration to drive results as a team.
• Demonstrated awareness and understanding of basic Retail principles such as sales, stock and service delivery in stores.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Lead the store team as part of management
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld
• Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity
• Engages with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully
• Train and mentor new associates as needed
• Ability to interact collaboratively and work as a team towards a common goal
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate and inspire others
• Acting in a respectful manner to customers, managers and peers
