Job summary

Cotton On Group in Houston is seeking a Key Holder to support store leadership and deliver exceptional customer service. This part-time hourly role involves opening/closing, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth sales operations in a fast‑paced environment.

You'll process transactions, assist with inventory and merchandising, uphold cleanliness and safety, and help prevent loss while engaging with customers and team members in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Minimum of 1+ year of acting retail leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead the store team as part of management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity.
• Engage with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully.
• Train and mentor new associates as needed.
• Collaborate and work as a team toward a common goal.
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate and inspire others.
• Act respectfully with customers, managers, and peers.
