Job summary

Cotton On Group in Baton Rouge is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to lead store teams, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage daily store operations. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a focus on sales, stock, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail, preferably fast fashion.
• Demonstrated knowledge/ability of collaboration to drive results as a team
• Demonstrated awareness and understanding of basic Retail principles such as sales, stock and service delivery in stores
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
• Solid communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Lead the store team as part of management
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld
• Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity
• Engage with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully
• Train and mentor new associates as needed
• Interact collaboratively and work as a team towards a common goal
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate and inspire others
• Act respectfully towards customers, managers, and peers
