Qualifications

• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director and Assistant Store Manager to drive profitability and brand standards.
• Oversee designated divisions (visuals, operations, HR, service & selling) and ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and development; coach the sales team for peak performance.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost customer connection and service quality.
• Engage with the community and plan in-store events to build loyalty.
