EZCORP is seeking a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawnbroker) to lead team members in a fast-paced pawn shop environment. You will process loans, negotiate terms, and drive sales while coaching staff to deliver exceptional customer service in the EZPAWN brand family.

The role offers paid training, leadership development, and opportunities to advance to Store Manager roles. Prior supervisory experience and strong communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, promoting sales and deals for pawn items while leading and coaching Team Members.
• As Shift Manager, provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment and ensure opening/closing store procedures and compliance.
