EZCORP, Inc. is seeking a capable Team Leader at EZPawn in Plainview, TX to guide a 3–10+ person Sales Associate team. You will mentor staff, foster excellent customer service, and negotiate pawn and sales transactions with customers, driving store performance.

The ideal candidate combines engaging personality with solid leadership and mentoring abilities, strong negotiation skills, and organized time management, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in a management role.
• Ability to describe various solutions and benefits to customers.
• Strategic and tactical management skills.
• Criminal background check and drug test clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3–10+ Sales Associates.
• Build ongoing relationships with customers and negotiate pawn and sales transactions.
• Analyze reports and profitability statements; provide recommendations and action plans.
• Recruit, train, and develop Team Members; monitor job results.
• Schedule and assign Team Members; ensure pricing and markdowns follow guidelines.
• Maintain store security, merchandise display, and a safe environment.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
