Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the sales floor with energy and ownership. You will support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, coaching teammates, and ensuring smooth daily operations to deliver a premier customer experience.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail leadership role or key holder position is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coach and develop staff.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership as Manager on Duty and support hiring, onboarding, and training.
