Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead with energy, ownership, and purpose, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales results and coaching the team on the floor.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage daily operations, mentor teammates, and ensure a great customer experience while maintaining store standards and safety protocols. Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.
• Experience as Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager.
• Experience in fast paced or high volume retail.

• Coach the team to deliver great service and share product knowledge.
