Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead on-duty for scheduling and customer issues when the Store Manager is absent.
• Coach and develop store associates through training programs and regular follow-up.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and daily bank deposits.
• Execute in-store merchandising and maintain visual standards.
• Support inventory, pricing changes, and product counts.
• Promote Lids memberships and store promotions to customers.
• Assist in recruiting and developing staff.
