Job summary

Warby Parker in Burlington, MA is seeking a Store Leader to build and lead a high-performing team of managers, opticians, and advisors. You will drive sales, operations, and customer experience while modeling our values and culture.

As a key member of the retail leadership team, you’ll recruit, train, and develop staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and lead performance reviews to ensure the store meets its financial targets. Long hours may be required to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role at a complex customer-focused retailer.
• Ability to build, coach, and retain a high-performing team that meets sales, operational, and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Represent Warby Parker's values to customers and team.
• Execute and improve operational activities to meet store targets and customer experience goals.
• Follow company processes to maintain brand consistency.
• Manage daily scheduling and payroll for the store team.
• Coordinate store events with Marketing.
• Protect inventory and assets by implementing procedures.
• Enforce safety protocols.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff; lead performance reviews.
• Lead biannual performance and development reviews for team members.
• Live Warby Parker's core values in service excellence.
• Foster an inclusive workplace culture and respectfulness.
• Attend leadership trainings including Store Leader Summit.
