You will recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence across the store.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a retail management role at a complex customer-focused retailer.
• Ability to coach and retain a high-performing store team.
• Strong, empathetic communicator with transparent leadership.

Responsibilities

• Represent Warby Parker's values to customers and team members.
• Manage daily scheduling and payroll for the store team.
• Execute and improve all operational activities to hit financial targets.
• Coordinate store events with Marketing and protect inventory/assets.
• Lead biannual performance and development reviews for team members.
• Create an inclusive workplace culture and lead leadership trainings.
