Lids Sports Group is seeking a Store Manager for our Odessa, TX location. You will lead the store team, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure store operations align with company standards.

You will oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and daily performance while maintaining a fun, inclusive work environment and meeting key KPIs. This role reports to the District Sales Manager and requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Experience in supervising and training staff.

• Willingness to travel overnight for training/meetings.
