Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is absent and oversee scheduling and customer issues.
• Lead selling strategy to hit KPIs and ensure top-tier customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Manage cash handling, till openings/closures, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and store operations to drive performance.
