Job summary

Lids is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will manage hiring, onboarding, training, and team development while ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.

As a Store Manager, you will optimize scheduling, payroll, and operations, maintain store cleanliness and merchandising, and collaborate with the District Sales Manager to achieve targets and maintain a top-tier customer journey.
