Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Arlington, TX is seeking a Store Manager who will lead outstanding associates and deliver consistent customer experiences to drive growth. You will be a front-line leader, building a customer-centric selling culture and guiding the SLT to execute store plans.

The role requires coaching, talent development, and the ability to manage daily operations while maintaining product knowledge and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates, and de-escalate situations.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including the store leadership team (SLT).
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates through leadership.
• Own and delegate leadership tasks to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with the SLT to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
• Implement and sustain floorset direction to optimize the business and product storytelling.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipment receipt, and disseminating directives.
• Lead the day/shift direction, provide feedback, and meet payroll targets with proper floor coverage.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in values and product knowledge.
