Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Grapevine, TX seeks a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead the store team, drive growth, and model company values to elevate product knowledge and selling behavior.

As a front-line leader, you will coach, motivate, and evaluate associates, manage daily operations, and ensure safety and compliance while maintaining an engaging in-store environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operations.
• Execute opening/closing routines including bank deposits, receipt of shipments, and directive interpretation.
