Dollar General Store Manager position seeks a strong leader to guide daily operations, staffing, ordering, receiving, stocking and merchandising to maximize sales and customer service. You will train employees, conduct performance reviews, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and manage opening/closing, inventory controls and cash accountability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year in retail management preferred.
• Ability to recruit, hire and train staff.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and company policies; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide proper training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps and counseling.
• Make recommendations regarding employee pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinate meetings and events.
• Ensure store is appropriately staffed and opened/closed daily.
