Warby Parker is seeking a Store Leader to build and lead a team of Managers, Opticians, and Advisors, driving exceptional customer experiences and store performance. You will shape daily operations, schedules, and payroll while ensuring brand standards and strong financial results.

You will recruit, coach, and develop talent, lead performance reviews, and collaborate with Marketing on store events. This role values leadership, integrity, and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role at a complex customer-focused, operationally excellent retailer.
• Ability to build, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
• Clear, honest, and empathetic communicator who can make tough decisions.
• Organized, entrepreneurial go-getter with willingness to take calculated risks.

Responsibilities

• Execute and improve operational activities to hit financial targets.
