Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Marlton, NJ seeks a Store Manager to lead all store operations, drive sales, and deliver a world-class shopping experience. You will mentor leaders, partner with regional teams, and ensure exceptional customer service and compliant store execution.

As Store Manager you will own day-to-day merchandising, operational tasks, and people development, cultivating trust, integrity, and teamwork across the store.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure policy implementation.
• Lead store operations to maximize sales and maintain customer service standards.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with merchandising leaders.
• Review inventory processes including receiving, transfers, RTVs and chargebacks.
• Manage payroll budget and scheduling; act as Manager on Duty to set leadership standards.
