Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of retail management experience or customer-focused experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Store Manager to develop and execute annual business growth plans.
• Manages Captains (Supervisors) and coaches the broader store team.
• Sets staffing, payroll, and scheduling to meet budget and traffic needs.
• Hires and builds strong teams with targeted recruiting and interviewing.
• Ensures adherence to policies, safety, loss prevention, and standards.
• Models exceptional athlete experiences and drives customer engagement.
