The position emphasizes in-store leadership, Omni-channel execution, and adherence to company policies, with a focus on driving business results and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store associates and support the Store Manager in all areas of operations.
• Guide omnichannel and in-store strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve KPI targets.
• Train and develop staff, recruit as needed, and uphold company policies and standards.
• Oversee inventory, payroll hours, opening/closing procedures, and compliance with directives.
