The North Face in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach and develop a high-performing team, uphold VF brand values, and ensure visual standards and store procedures are executed with excellence.

You will recruit, onboard, and coach staff, monitor KPIs, and partner with leadership to achieve sales goals while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and employees

Formación

• 3-5 years of related professional/retail management experience.
• High School diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Undergraduate or graduate degrees valued but not required.
• Ability to drive results and lead diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication; capable of influencing across levels.

• Lead store operations, driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
