Pandora is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to lead a high-performing sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the floor. You will coach Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates, while exceeding sales goals and building brand loyalty through strong product knowledge and fan engagement.

You will collaborate with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues, implement merchandising directives, and drive operational excellence

Formación

• 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing teams; succession planning.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and POS systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old with identity and work eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a store team including Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
• Drive sales by building authentic connections with Pandora fans.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.
• Partner with HR and the Divisional Sales Manager on performance issues and policy adherence.
• Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and operating processes.
