Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking candidates to join our store leadership team in California. You will coach teammates, merchandise products, and promote services while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes sales growth, inventory control, and adherence to brand standards. Eligible candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with prefered 2-year college exposure and ASE certifications. Full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive store sales and promotions.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty through responsive service.
• Track payroll, budgets and store goals; manage staff and scheduling.
• Attend paid training to stay up-to-date with automotive service developments.
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
