Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Store Manager to lead and grow performance in a retail environment. The role demands high standards in customer service, team leadership, and store operations in support of Bridgestone’s trusted brand and its wide network of Tire and Auto Service locations.

You will oversee staff, handle scheduling, promotions, inventory, and financial records while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achievement of sales goals.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license at all times.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive store sales.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty through promotions and programs.
• Manage payroll, budgets and store goals.
• Schedule, train and supervise store staff.
