Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Experience in staffing, coaching, counseling, training and development.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.
• Exceptional team and collaboration skills.
• PC Skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate consumer connections by delivering exceptional, engaging, efficient and personalized experiences.
• Support Store Leader with consumer experience programs, Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards.
• Drive engagement by fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Develop, train and coach associates, providing feedback for growth.
• Assist with store controls and operating standards to support profitability and safety.
• Communicate operations data to Store Leader including product info, trends, local competition and events.
• Support revenue-building strategies and monitor metrics to achieve store goals.
• Assist with external partnerships and event promotions.
• Support community engagement events and grow brand awareness.
• Engage with local community and contribute ideas for brand growth.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of store positions.
• Ownership of personal development and professional growth.
