Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service. As a cap expert, you will supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure product availability and visual standards across the store. You will train associates, resolve customer issues, and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, customer issues, and store needs when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS programs and set goals for sales and tasks.
• Maintain a fun, productive, and inclusive team environment and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Execute selling strategy to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store operations, cash handling, and inventory controls; open/close the store as required.
