Gap is seeking an Assistant Manager in Anchorage to lead store teams and bring the Gap experience to customers. You will drive profitable sales through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development, while executing store strategy with your GM/AGM to develop a high-performing team and deliver best-in-class service.

You are a current or former retail employee with 1-3 years of management experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication and coaching skills.

Qualifikationen

• Currently or formerly in retail management roles.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Ability to lead and coach team members.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends.

• Drive store sales and profitability through customer focus and operations.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and improve processes.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOP adherence.
• Represent Gap and monitor retail landscape and competition.
• Promote community involvement and omni-channel experiences.
• Ensure compliance with company standards.
