Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and enhance customer service. This role reports to the Store Manager and drives sales, team performance, and brand standards across a busy retail environment.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, manage staffing and training, ensure adherence to company policies, and deliver a positive shopping experience while meeting KPIs and controlling loss.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute and assist Lids selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including escalations and urgent requests.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Company Dress Code Policy.
