Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and ensure superior customer service across our retail location.

As the heart of the store, you’ll oversee scheduling, training, merchandising, and adherence to brand standards while delivering the best possible shopping experience for fans and customers alike. This role offers growth opportunities and exposure to industry-leading merchandise.

Formación

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-duty scheduling and address customer issues when Store Manager is absent.
• Coach and develop store associates through training programs.
• Maintain clean, compliant store environment following brand standards.
• Execute sales strategies to meet KPIs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage cash handling and daily till reconciliation.
• Support inventory control, price changes, and product counts.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and ensuring smooth store operations.
