Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing retail space at Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; physical task readiness.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend performance improvements.
• Support store recruiting, interviewing, and performance evaluation processes.
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance; enforce policies.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and mentor on clienteling strategies to build long-term relationships.
