Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador/Lead Supervisor to uphold a strong leadership presence on the sales floor and drive store performance in our Connecticut location. You will mentor a team, support recruitment and coaching, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, executing company initiatives, and maintaining KPI achievement while promoting a collaborative, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing a competitive retail space at lead supervisor level.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform store floor tasks.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets.
• Lead implementation of company initiatives and support store operations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and improve store performance.
• Recruit, interview, and train team members; provide feedback and accountability.
• Provide HR support in absence of leadership and foster an inclusive culture.
