Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of retail, customer service, sales, or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in the landscaping, construction, building materials, or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead as mentor and trainer for CSRs, Loaders, and seasonal staff.
• Train, coach, and monitor performance.
• Promote teamwork, safety, and customer service; open/close the store.
