Qualifications

• Five years of operations, warehouse, logistics, or management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business software.
• Ability to analyze information and make sound business decisions.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and business partners.
• Willingness to work collaboratively and support team success.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily yard and warehouse operations
