Qualifications

• Experience in the landscaping, construction, building materials, or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, train, and support CSRs, Loaders, and seasonal staff.
• Open and close the store; deliver exceptional service in person and by phone.
• Assist with inventory management, labeling, and stock organization.
• Promote safety and teamwork; lead by example in operations and customer service.
• Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance; ensure a clean, safe yard and store.
