Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Store Lead to drive sales and customer satisfaction while mentoring the Tech team. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on device repair knowledge, and the ability to train staff in repair procedures and sales techniques.

The position offers full-time hours, on-the-road work location, and benefits including health, vision, dental, and PTO; salary is hourly with bonuses available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience as a team leader/supervisor.
• Ability to frequently lift and move items over 50 pounds.
• Full-time availability with varying hours (Mon–Sat 10am–7pm, Sun 12pm–5pm).

Responsibilities

• Lead by driving sales and customer service metrics; motivate technicians.
• Train and develop the Tech team; act as point of contact for dispatched technicians.
• Implement new processes and participate in leadership meetings.
• Repair devices and explain repair procedures to customers.
• Promote the Connected Home product using the 'Serve, Solve, and Sell' approach.
