Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor.
• Essential experience with device repair, including phones and tablets.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends/evenings, and ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer service metrics by motivating technicians and holding them accountable.
• Train and develop the Tech team.
• Act as the point of contact for dispatched technicians.
• Implement new processes.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings with Operational leadership.
