Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is hiring a Store Lead to drive sales and customer service metrics while guiding technicians to perform at high standards. You will train and develop the Tech team and serve as the point of contact for dispatched technicians.

This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within our repair network. Compensation is up to $17/hour plus monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor.
• Strong background in sales and customer service.
• Experience with device repair including computers, tablets, phones and LCD screens.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing more than 50 pounds.
• Full-time position with varying hours: Mon–Sat 10:00–19:00, Sun 12:00–17:00.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; background check and drug screen required.
• U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer service metrics by motivating technicians and holding them accountable.
• Ensure technicians understand the Connected Home product and the Serve, Solve, and Sell approach.
• Train and develop the tech team.
• Act as the point of contact for dispatched technicians.
• Implement new processes and participate in leadership meetings.
• Assist in learning and applying repair procedures and safeguarding quality.
