Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead: Drive sales and customer service metrics by motivating technicians and holding them accountable for their performance.
• Lead: Train and develop the Tech team and act as the point of contact for dispatched technicians.
• Lead: Implement new processes and participate in daily/weekly meetings with Operational leadership.
• Retail and Repair Tech: Learn and apply details of the Connected Home product and offer protection/tech support solutions to customers.
