Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager and drive sales, service, and operations on the floor. You will coach the team, open/close the store when on duty, and ensure an engaging, inclusive selling environment that meets customer expectations.

You will leverage store reports to guide decisions, recruit and develop staff, and maintain brand standards in line with company directives. A strong customer focus and leadership presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to meet sales, service, and operational goals when on duty.
• Coach and develop team and manage store operations during shifts.
• Train staff on customer service and brand standards to elevate the customer experience.
• Use store reports to drive business decisions and communicate priorities to the team.
• Ensure staffing and operational execution to deliver on customer promises.
