Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager to coach the team, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service. This role involves operational accountability when on duty, including opening and closing procedures and maintaining store standards.

You will foster an inclusive team environment, leverage store data to improve performance, and support staff development through regular coaching and training activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Comfort with technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS system.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to support sales performance through coaching and development.
• Manage store operations when on duty, including opening/closing with store keys.
• Lead an engaged, inclusive selling environment and elevate the customer experience.
• Leverage store reports to drive sales, service, and operational goals.
• Coordinate regular store meetings and communicate company directives.
