Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager to coach the team, drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and maintain store operations when on duty.

This role requires leading by example, opening/closing duties, and ensuring alignment with brand standards. You will actively coach, recruit and develop staff, use store reports to identify opportunities, and supervise daily tasks to maximize growth while upholding an inclusive, engaging store environment and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational expectations when assigned as the manager on duty.
• Models company values and leads by example as an active coach.
• Communicates priorities and sales-driving information to ensure staff can maximize business.
• Assists in recruiting store staff and fosters an inclusive store environment.
• Supports management in achieving store business plans and leveraging store reports to drive decisions.
• Participates in outreach opportunities and communicates leads to the Store Manager.
