Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager in achieving sales and service goals while maintaining operational excellence. The role entails coaching the team, driving a customer-focused environment, and acting as manager on duty to open/close the store with proper keys.

The Store Lead will help recruit, train, and develop staff, leverage store metrics, and ensure branding and marketing initiatives are executed according to company direction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, including POS, Office tools, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as manager on duty to meet sales, service, and operational goals.
• Coach and develop team to achieve performance targets and brand standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive customer experience and engagement.
• Utilize store reports to guide decisions and optimize the business.
• Participate in recruiting and building an inclusive team environment.
