Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. seeks a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager to coach the team, drive sales, service and operational excellence while on duty. You will be assigned store keys to open and close when scheduled as the manager on duty.

You will lead by example, recruit and train staff, analyze store reports, and ensure the customer experience aligns with brand standards across the store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient with technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to meet sales, service, and operational targets when on duty.
