This role requires high energy, sports enthusiasm, and the ability to balance store priorities with brand standards, merchandising, and loss prevention. Weekend availability is typical, and you will report to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Maintain store operations, including staffing, dress code, and policies.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure merchandising guidelines and visual standards are followed.
