Job summary

Men's Wearhouse is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager to coach the team, drive sales performance, and manage store operations when on duty. This role includes opening and closing responsibilities and ensuring adherence to company standards.

You will lead by example, reinforce priorities, and recruit and develop staff to maintain an inclusive, high-performing store culture. Expect daily interaction with customers and colleagues to sustain brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual with good judgement and business sense.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
