Job summary

Men's Wearhouse is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager in guiding the store team to meet sales and service goals. You will coach staff, drive a high-performing selling environment and oversee daily operations as the manager on duty.

In this role you will open and close the store, manage store keys, and uphold company standards while fostering an inclusive, customer-focused culture that delivers an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to meet sales, service, and operational goals.
• Coach team members to maximize store performance and customer experience.
• Open and close the store as the manager on duty and manage store keys.
