Job summary

Men's Wearhouse is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager, coaching the team to meet sales and service goals while maintaining operational excellence. You will be on duty with store keys to open/close and ensure excellent execution of directives.

You will drive a high-performing team, foster an inclusive environment, and elevate the customer experience across the store through effective leadership and hands-on coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
